Antonietta will guide you through somatic flow, meditation and body-awareness practices to ground, energise and connect within. Giovanni will lead physical training, functional activation and a PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® session combining rhythm, breath and presence to open new paths of exploration.
Together, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, we’ll find space to release the old, embrace the new and step into the fresh energy of the season.

In this workshop, we’ll explore two powerful practices to deepen our capacity for resilience and self discovery within a safe space: Yoga and Psychedelic Breath.
Resilience is the ability to recover, to grow through challenges and cultivate inner strength to provide clarity on the path forward.
We’ll begin with an empowering yoga practice focused on reconnecting with our bodies, grounding our energy, and inviting openness. Through mindful movements we’ll learn to release physical and emotional tensions and to drop into a state of presence to prime us for what comes next.
For the second part of the workshop we’ll transition into a guided Psychedelic Breath session. Through controlled breath patterns, we will access altered states of consciousness that allow us to process emotions, unlock new perspectives, and connect to deeper layers of ourselves.

- The Practice: expect a deep dive into your yoga practice guided by your Advanced Teachers. We’ll offer 4 classes and 2 workshops comprehending asana, pranayama, meditation and yogic philosophy in these 3 days. It’s not mandatory to participate in everything, but this transformative experience is a chance to discover a diverse variety of yogic practices in a guided and supportive environment.
- Exclusive Experience: this retreat is designed for dedicated students, offering a unique, intimate setting where you can deepen your practice and tap into deeper layers within yourself and connect with fellow yogis.
